Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tour package with Explore My Packages.
1. Booking Agreement
By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. A booking is confirmed only when we receive the required deposit or full payment.
2. Payments
- Deposit: A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
- Full Payment: The balance payment must be made at least 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and UPI payments.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 45+ Days Before Departure: Full refund (minus processing fees).
- 30–44 Days Before Departure: 75% refund.
- 15–29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund.
- 7–14 Days Before Departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 Days Before Departure: No refund.
4. Tour Modifications
If you wish to modify your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes may be subject to additional costs and availability.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.
6. Liability
Explore My Packages acts as a tour operator and is not liable for:
- Natural disasters, weather conditions, or other force majeure events
- Loss of personal belongings or injuries during the tour
- Delays or cancellations caused by third-party service providers
7. Code of Conduct
We expect all travelers to respect local customs, cultures, and the environment. Any behavior that disrupts the experience of other travelers or endangers others may result in termination of the tour without refund.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
